1.     Use of Website:  By browsing or purchasing from Izhaithal, you agree to use the site for lawful purposes only. Any misuse or unauthorized access may result in legal action.

2.     Product Description: We strive to ensure all products are accurately described and photographed. Slight color variations may occur due to lighting and display settings, and will not be considered defects.  Some of the images may be indicative for design / colour / description which shall be mentioned accordingly hence if any.

3.     Pricing & Payment: All prices are listed in INR. Izhaithal reserves the right to change or modify pricing, discontinue products without prior notice. All Payments are due as at the time of purchase and to be honored.

4.     Intellectual Property:  All contents on this website (including images, logos, text, colour schemes and designs) are the sole property of Izhaithal and may not be copied or reproduced.  Any miss use will be handled with legal action.

5.     Limitation of Liability:  Izhaithal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.

6.     Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in Hyderabad.
