At Izhaithal, we take pride in quality. Every Product before dispatch undergoes a thorough quality check. However, in a very rare event, if you receive a defective or damaged item, we’re here to help.
* Eligibility for Return
Only products with manufacturing defects or damage if any, during transit are eligible.
You must notify us by e-mail, include Your order number/reference, images/ videos of defect/damage within 48 hours of delivery.
Products must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
* How to Request a Return
Email us at izhaithal@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your product.
Our team will assess and confirm if a return is approved.
* Refund Type
Once the defect/damage is approved, we will issue store credit voucher or offer a replacement of same design (subject to stock availability) only. If you are eligible for replacement, the replaced product will be delivered within 5-10 business days. Once we receive and inspect the return, your store credit will be credited within 10 business days and the same can be used on your next purchase. Your Store credit voucher is valid up to 90 days from the date of issue within which, you are expected to redeem the same. We do not offer cash refunds.
* Cancellation Policy
There is no Cancellations once product is ordered.
No Defect/Damage request will be processed if the report is submitted after 48 hours of delivery of product.
